    • Type your email address correctly in both email fields
    • All fields marked with an asterisk * must be completed

  1. I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

When you register, you should see a “Thank you for registering” screen:

This will be followed by an email from “MLN Events Registration”:

Check your junk email folder if you do not receive a confirmation email. You may need to add  no-reply@thebizzellgroup.com to your contacts.

  1. How do I unregister for an event?

Check your confirmation or reminder emails for an “Unregister” link:

You will be directed to a webpage to confirm your request to unregister:

Enter the email address you used to register, and you will be unregistered.

  1. I registered with the wrong email address. How can I fix this?

You can reregister with the correct email. For assistance, email mlnevents@thebizzellgroup.com.

  1. Does each participant need to register individually?

Yes, each participant needs to register to request and receive a certificate of participation. Many organizations award continuing education credit for participation. Find out about associations offering credit for MLN events.

  1. Registration is closed. Can I participate in the event?

Unfortunately, once registration is closed we can’t accept additional registrations. However, an audio recording and transcript will be available approximately 2 weeks later; visit the CMS MLN Events website, and select your event from the list.

  1. How do I add the event to my calendar?

After you register, click the “+ Google Calendar” or “+ iCal Export” link on the “Thank you for registering” screen or in your confirmation email. Using the iCal Export will add the event to your Outlook calendar.

  1. What time zone is the event held in?

CMS events are in the Eastern Time zone. When you register, verify what time the event will be in your time zone and adjust accordingly. Check your time zone at http://www.time.gov.

  1. Do I need to provide an ID or passcode when I dial into an event?

No meeting ID or passcode is needed.

  1. During an event, how do I get into queue to ask a question?

To ask a question:

    • Press star (*) followed by the number (1) on your telephone.
    • Remember to pick up your handset.
    • Remember to unmute your phone before asking your question to ensure clarity.
    • To remove yourself from the queue, press pound (#) on your telephone.

Presentation, Written Transcript, and Audio Recording

  1. Where can I find the presentation?

For event materials, visit the CMS MLN Events website, and select your event from the list. The presentation will be available prior to the event.

  1. Will an audio recording and transcript be available?

For event materials, visit the CMS MLN Events website, and select your event from the list. An audio recording and transcript will be available approximately 2 weeks after the event.

  1. How do I receive continuing education credit?

Many organizations award continuing education credit for participation. Find out about associations offering credit for MLN events.

If your organization requires proof of registration, each member needs to register separately. Find out about associations offering credit for MLN events.

  1. Can an organization have their information added to the MLN Credit webpage?

Yes, organizations that offer continuing education credit can have information added to the Associations Offering Credit for MLN Events & Training webpage. Contact MLNEventsTeam@cms.hhs.gov for more information.

Certificate of Participation

  1. How can I get a certificate of participation for an event?

After the event, send a request to mlnevents-certificate@thebizzellgroup.com. Include the date and topic in the subject line and your name in the body of the email. We’ll verify your registration and respond to your request within 5 business days. Certificates of participation are available for 30 days after the event. Only participants who registered for the event can receive a certificate of participation.

Only participants who registered for the event can receive a certificate of participation.

  1. I registered for an event, but it’s been more than 30 days. Can I still receive a certificate of participation?

Certificates of participation are only available for 30 days after the event.
